24 Students Reached Shamshabad Airport

24 Students, who are fortunate enough to escape from the Beas river tragedy and live-witnesses of the traumatic incident, have reached to Shamshabad International Airport on Monday night. They have come in a special Air Costa flight. The witnesses recalled the horrific incident which took away the lives of their close friends.

The students have just completed their second year in Electronics and Instrumentation stream in VNR Vignan Jyothi Engineering College, Bachupalli, Hyderabad. Meanwhile, four dead bodies, identified as Rambabu, Vijetha, Aishwarya Gampala and Lakshmi Gayatri, have been brought by a special aircraft by rescue officials. Efforts are being made to send bodies to their native villages. Search for the rest of the students is on.
