Telangana Telugu Desam Legislative Party leader Errabelli Dayakar Rao has kicked up a controversy by making sensational statement on Thursday. Speaking at Warangal district TDP meet, Errabelli alleged, "YS Jagan Mohan Reddy was the brain behind the ban on TV channels TV9, ABN Andhra Jyothi in Telangana State. Jagan has colluded with KCR behind the blockage of telecast of the two news channels. This is gross violation of democracy. KCR's monarchic attitude is costing huge for Telangana. Several industries are feared to set up their models because of him and moving out to Andhra Pradesh."
Errabelli threatened to launch Telangana-wide protests against blocking of telecast of TV9, ABN Andhra Jyothi. He demanded the State government to revive the telecast of two news channels at the earliest. Errabelli has called on all the like-minded political parties, social organizations to join the forces in protesting against action on broadcasting media.
