TRS Government is getting angry on land encroachments and illegal occupants in Hyderabad. GHMC, Revenue and Police Officials are busy in destroying illegal constructions in and around Gurukul Trust Lands. Now, Telangana Government has concentrated on LANCO Hills. This is belongs to former Vijayawada MP Lagadapati Rajagopal.
TRS Government ordered Revenue officials on land details of LANCO Hills. How much area used for Construction? Is there any land left without use after the Construction of LANCO? How much land officially granted to LANCO Hills? There was political war between Lagadapati and KCR on Telangana issue. LANCO got this land in auction during YSR period in Manikonda.
LANCO Hills have group of various constructions with full-fledged furnished facilities especially for IT companies. There are many allegations on Lagadapati that these lands have related to Wakf and YSR government illegally assigned to Lagadapati. There is civil case is running in Court in this regard. Still verdict not yet come.
On the other hand, GHMC officials raze 24 buildings in Gurukul Trust lands. Government has planned to seize another 15 completed constructions. As per the court orders, Government issues the notices to residents just one day before and seized the apartments.
