CBN first action after taking the charge is the control of Red
Sandalwood Smuggling in Chittoor forests. CBN directed the police and
take necessary action on smugglers. So far, YSRCP leaders were arrested
in Red Sandalwood smuggling case. Recent buzz is that one TDP leader
also took into police custody in this case.
Suresh who is district TDP
leader was involved in smuggling and settled in Chennai.
Yesterday, police were arrested him in Chennai. TDP leaders and party
cadre make a complaint to CBN on police when he was arrived in Renigunta
Airport. TDP leaders said that Police were arrested TDP leaders in this
case. CBN just ignore their complaint and asked them not to interfere
in police duty. CBN is committed to stop smuggling activities
immediately.
Police were arrested 7 in two days and impose PD Act on
smugglers.
Forest Minister Bojjala Gopala Krishna Reddy said that Government of
Andhra Pradesh has a plan to invite Global Tenders for the auction of
seized Red Sandalwood stock. CBN’s want to get approval from Central
Government to divert auction money for eradicate Farmers Loans. CBN’s
dedication is praised from all corners in the society.
