We are aware of the molestation case filed against businessman Ness Wadia against his former girlfriend and actress Preity Zinta. Now, The witnesses have been speaking for the pretty heroine and this willn't help Ness Wadia in any way.
Danish Merchant who is a builder by profession is the neighbor of Prety Zinta. He reveals that the actress has showed him bruises on her arm on May 31st, a day after she was allegedly molested and abused in public by Ness Wadia at Wankhede Stadium. Mr.Merchant is one among the 4 key witnesses in the case.
Jai Kanojia, a common friend of Preity and Ness, told to police he saw businessman grabbing the hand of the heroine on May 30th. He, however, claimed clueless about the conversation between them at that time due to the noise of spectators during the IPL Match.

Cases under sections 354 (assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty), 504 (intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of peace), 506 (criminal intimidation) and 509 (word, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman) of IPC has been registered against Ness Wadia.
