Its known that Telangana State Government began the process of changing the vehicle registration numbers of Telangana vehicles by replacing the code "AP" with "TS".
To begin with, the "AP" code on the vehicles of Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has been replaced with "TS" which stands for (Telangana State). KCR led the way by having the number plates on the Toyota Landcruiser Prado sports utility vehicles in his convoy changed from AP to TS and here is the picture of KCR royal vehicle.
Earlier, the officials had proposed "TG" code for Telangana which was rejected by the Chief Minister and he proposed "TS" as the State's code.The Transport Department is all set to launch ‘TS’, the new series of registration numbers for its vehicles, from this week.
