Nara Lokesh oratory skills known to all and once again he caught in a faux pas while addressing public meeting.A mere slip of tongue can be embarrassing and Telugu Desam’s Crown Prince learnt it in the hard way.
According to media reports, Lokesh, who has been playing an active role in the party campaign in SA, addressed a meeting of the Telugu Desam party where he faced the embrassing moment. As usual, he started attacking the Congress as an inefficient party and the YSR Congress as rooted in corruption for some time.
After a few minutes, he said that voting for TDP is like self hanging leaving .With this the audience stunned for a moment. Instead of attributing these words to the other parties, he simply uttered the name of the Telugu Desam.
This is the second time for Lokesh to blame his own party.He had once said, "If there is any party in the state that is full of corruption, nepotism, and is always stoking religious feeling, it has to be TDP. Am I right or not?"
Incidentally, he is not the only TDP leader to make a blunder like this. Some days back, Nandamuri Balakrishna, TDP candidate from Hindupur, said YS Jagan will become the CM. It's been reported that Lokesh had prepared well before his first speech, but made a huge inadvertent mistake.
