Post the passage of T-Bill in both the houses of Parliament, The process of division of Assets, Departments and Resources between Telangana and Residuary Andhra Pradesh began. As per the latest development, One Thing is going to stay common for both Telangana & Seemandhra even after the Appointed Day (June 2nd).
Chief Justice Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta has passed the orders stating existing AP High Court will function as a common High Court for Telangana and Residuary Andhra Pradesh in future as well.
Actually, The AP High Court which was closed due to Summer vacation will re-open on June 2nd. Chief Justice Mr. Sengupta cut short his vacation to be in Hyderabad for making arrangements for the proper functioning of Common High Court from the Appointed Day. He will also make sure that the Subordinate Judiciary is bifurcated for both the new states before May 26th.
