YSR Congress chief YS Jaganmohan Reddy's auditor Vijay Sai Reddy filed a plea in CBI Court recently seeking permission to leave to places like Tanzania and Senegal (which were countries of East & West Africa) citing exploring business interest in Mining as the reason.
CBI which was controlled by the Congress High Command until recently finally decided not to give any chance for the accused in corruption cases. It informed to the court that Vjay Sai was named as accused in all the charge sheets in Jagan assets cases and he was required to appear before court during the trail. The CBI's counsel even mentioned that Enforcement Directorate, Income Tax and ICAI have been looking forward to grill the auditor for alleged quid-pro-quo deals and suitcase companies.
Finally, CBI has given a death blow to Vijay Sai by explaining about his motive to evade trail in Jagan Assets Case by fleeing the country. It also appealed the Court not to give back the passport of the auditor which was deposited with court when he was granted bail few months ago. Although CBI Court is yet to deliver its judgement on the plea, The valid points raised by the Investigation Agency would surely spoil the plans of Vijay Sai.
