Will TDP accept Jr NTR?

A day after Nandamuri Hari Krishna met TDP supremo and residuary state of Andhra Pradesh's CM designate Chandra Babu Naidu, it is turn of son Jr NTR. NTR along with his step-brother Kalyan Ram met Babu Today evening at his residence in Hyderabad and congratulated him for the stupendous victory he got in the recently held general elections. Naturally, this meeting of Jr NTR with Chandra Babu has got mixed reviews on the social platform. Many TDP supporters are venting out their anger on social media platforms against T-town star and lamented him for not campaigning for the party during the tough times but now stepping out to support TDP (for opportunism) after it came to power. However, Jr NTR's fans have welcomed this step and hoping that a truce would happen. The big questioin, however, is will TDP accept Jr NTR now? How does the party cadre react on NTR's latest step? How does Nandamuri clan react on the whole issue?

It is an open secret that "All is not Well" between Jr NTR, Hari Krishna and TDP for a while. The father-son duo even skipped Balakrishna's daughter Tejeswini's wedding despite being in the country. NTR, who earlier set the record straight that he has been a TDP stooge, did a kind of volte face as he shied away from campaigning the party. No matter how much the damage it caused, but NTR's campaigning would have shown much better results and would have bring cheer, much-needed confidence to TDP cadre even before the results of civic body, PR polls.

Irrespective of the reasons for family feud within Nandamuri family, NTR and Hari Krishna should have kept the egos aside and should have worked for the party during elections but they didn't. This naturally, didn't go well with Balakrishna and all top TDP brass. And since there is a soon-to-be vacant seat in Rajya Sabha, reports are rife that Hari Krishna is coming close to Naidu in order to lobby for Rajya Sabha nomination.

The one good reason which could wipe out this Nandamuri family feud and bring back Jr NTR is that Lakshmi Pranathi is pregnant and carrying a baby. Considering that Lakshmi is own niece of Nara Chandra Babu Naidu and share good bond with him, there are possibilities that might compel Naidu to bring truce between Nandamuri brothers Balakrishna, Hari Krishna and bring them on board. However, it is always easier said than done. Not just Nandamuri family, many TDP party workers and leaders are quite unhappy with Jr NTR. Let's wait and watch how Babu will tackle this. As of now, the question remains: Will TDP accept Jr NTR?
