Modi’s phone call to Babu?

The manner in which the results from 25 lok Sabha seats from Andhra Pradesh are going to have a national impact is already evident by the way national leaders are looking at this. The two big parties in discussion are Congress and BJP.

If reports are to be believed, the BJP’s PM candidate Narendra Modi has reportedly made a phone call to TDP boss Chandrababu Naidu regarding the pattern of voting. It is heard that he has done some deep probing to understand the voter pulse in AP.  Babu has reportedly briefed Modi about the higher voting percentage and said that this can be treated as a positive wave for their alliance.

The political experts are also stating that a higher percentage of voting will give TDP an edge.  Modi is reportedly looking at the polls with more interest to see whether BJP can take the place of Congress here in the long term. Whether that will happen or not one thing is sure, Congress will never be allowed to enter Seemandhra again.
