Basing on reports of a lawyer and Nizamabad court's directives, it is known that Dichipalli police have already lodged cases against Jana Sena president Pawan Kalyan under a couple of sections for his verbal attack on TRS Chief K Chandra Sekhar Rao. Provided with the kind of verbal attacks KCR too is equally guilty. What Pawan has said is relatively less compared to KCR's slug fest, but still law is law.
Reacting on the whole episode, senior TDP leader Yanamala Ramakrishnudu stated that they are suspecting YSR Congress chief YS Jagan’s hand behind this move. " YSRC and Jagan are quite irked with the fact that Pawan is endorsing and campaigning for BJP and TDP. In order to control him, Jagan compelled TRS folks to lodge case against Pawan. We have information that Jagan and TRS have hand-in-glove association," he said, criticizing the move to book cases on Pawan.
"Looking at these happenings, we can easily predict that YSRC and TRS will extend support to Congress post polls," Yanamala added. Highly placed sources revealed that they are also approaching court to file cases on KCR who threatened Pawan to butcher into 1000 pieces at the snap of his little finger. Pawan earlier alleged that Harish Rao has links with Botsa's cable business. Harish is likely to slap defamation suit against Pawan over this.
