SHUT UP: Superstar's Daughter asks Hero!

Seems like all is not well between Soundarya Rajinikanth and Simbhu. Now, these hard feelings between the two became like a war between the fan groups.

Post the screening of 'Vikram Simha', Simbhu commented that the graphics in the film can't match Hollywood standards.

Recently, Soundarya appeared as guest for Vijay TV's popular talk show 'Koffee With DD'. Divyadarshini, the host, asked her what was the one question she would be asking Simbhu if she was a journalist. Soundarya took this opportunity to settle score and replied, 'Don't sing Simbhu...Please Stop'.

Soon the fans of Simbhu began a hate campaign against Soundarya on social media with abusive comments. The debutant director then tried to pacify them by saying Simbhu is one of her dearest childhood friends and whatever she said on the show was just for the sake of fun.

Even Simbhu opined everyone has their own right to comment about anyone apart from requesting his fans to stop the abusive approach. "Please treat others the same way you treat me," he appeals.

Hyd Students Missing Tragedy: Babu sends Minister Narayana

The bodies of 5 engineering students were retrieved on Monday from the Beas river in Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, while a search is on for 21 others who were washed away. The toll in Sunday's accident could rise as chances of recovering any survivor is bleak, Himachal Additional Deputy Commissioner Pankaj Rai said. At least 24 students, including six girls, of the institute and one tour operator were reported missing out of which five were dead. There was confusion, earlier in the day, on the number of bodies being recovered. The National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) said in a statement that five bodies have been found, while state authorities said that four bodies were found.

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu reviewed the situation. He directed cabinet minister-Narayana Group Chairman P. Narayana and IAS official Satish Chandra to go to Himachal to monitor rescue and relief work. More than 50 students and faculty members were on an excursion to Manali.

The Himachal Pradesh High Court said it was not only a case of callousness but a grave negligence. "It's a sad tale by reason of the fact that sheer fun of the young students turned out to be fatal as a consequence of utter and callous negligence of the power project authorities," Justice Tarlok Singh Chauhan said, taking suo moto notice of the incident. He directed the state government to file a status report on the incident by June 16. He also directed the hydropower project authorities to take all remedial measures to avoid any mishap in future.Three officials of the Larji hydropower project, including the resident engineer, have been suspended. Officials in Shimla said that they are making arrangements to send back the remaining students to their native places.

Jagan's Open Letter to Chandrababu

Beleaguered YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, who tasted a crushing defeat in recently held Assembly polls, has written an open letter to his bete noire- AP CM Chandra Babu Naidu on Monday. In what is seen as big volte face by Jagan, Jagan has asked Babu to "implement" crop-loan waiver with immediate effect. Earlier on umpteen occasions, during and after polls, Jagan stated that the crop-loan waiver is "impossible" and dubbed Babu's promise as "false". Now that Naidu took oath as Chief Minister and signed on the loan-waiver file, Jagan now blaming Naidu for the alleged "delay".

Here is the Summary of Jagan's Open Letter to Babu:

"Although it is the second week of June, ryots are unable to get loans from banks. The scenario is bad such that farmers can't even get a one-rupee as loan. Given that you have promised to waive agricultural loans soon after you come to power, people have voted for you. We wholeheartedly want you to waive all kinds of agricultural loans. Without any delay, we urge you to waive crop-loans, gold-loans, and agricultural loans as promised by you."

"Waive all the loans such that farmers, agriculture is not affected. Provide fresh loans to farmers from the very day old-loans have been waived off. To do this, why do you need formalities? Everyone knows the loans of crop-loans, gold-loans, Dwacra loans and loans of handi-craftsmen. Constituting committees, setting up 45 days as deadline was neither part of your poll promise nor mentioned in your manifesto. It is improper to constitute committees now as it delays further and pushes farmers into hopeless, despair condition."

I feel happy doing that - Angelina Jolie

Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie reveals that her happiness lies in her charity work and she also admits that she is beautiful at this age because of being happy to donate or help others in need. Angelina is already founding many children for higher studies and she also adopted 30+ children and feeding them.

She said "I’d been through a period where I was more concerned with my own problems and pain. Then I traveled to places where there were landmine victims, I went to my first war zone, to places where you see people in real need." "You meet people who don’t even know where their parents are, or their children, and they haven’t got enough food.

And you wake up in a moment, you realise how fortunate you are that your concerns are nothing in comparison. You don’t worry about yourself, you worry about other people and you just grow up. It helped me get out of my own head. And it’s a happier life. To be of service to others creates a happier life,” she said.

Kapus steal the show in Kamma party!

It is now an open secret. Though it is predominantly a Kamma favoring party, the Telugu Desam Party has always come to power only when it gets the unstinted support of the numerically strong Kapu community.

The party may have lost 2004 polls due to anti-incumbency factor but in 2009 it just lost by 1.8 percent votes as Kapu votes migrated to Chiranjeevi’s PRP. But again by 2014, they were back solidly behind TDP.

And for the first time ever they secured more cabinet berths in Kamma-dominated TDP as a recognition of the fact that they were instrumental in winning all 18 seats in West Godavari and 17 out of 19 seats in East Godavari district.

Apart from deputy CM N China Rajappa, leaders such as Ganta Srinivasa Rao (Visakhapatnam), K Mrinalini (Vizianagaram), P Narayana (Nellore), and BJP's Manikyala Rao are the Kapu ministers in TDP chief and Andhra CM Chandrababu Naidu's cabinet.
